Post Region AAAAAA Rankings
6A Girls
Note to all, these are rankings, not predictions for state. 
The top girls teams held form and won or were solid 2nd in their respective region meets. However, big shake-ups in the bottom half. Etowah's #1 runner going down at region cost them a title, but hopefully they will get her back healthy for this weekend. It shows the Lady Eagle's depth that even without their #1 runner finishing, they were able to just miss a victory in region 5. Centennial and Walton move up due to their victories in regions 6 and 5 respectively. West Forsyth and Roswell jump back into the top 10 with their solid performances. Milton proves to be the causality of the "region of death" as they go from a top 10 team most of the season to on the outside looking in. This is just more evidence that just about any place is up for grabs at the girl's state meet.

6A Boys
The boys rankings are once again in turmoil. Did teams temper their efforts? How different were the course conditions? Are their runners from the JV races that will be at state? Lot's of questions, but can just look at the results. Marietta looked to put together the best performance and beat the team that beat everyone at Coach Wood. Could be quite a battle between the Cobb County rivals at Carrollton. Mill Creek showed they are still a team to be reckoned with when healthy and they looked healthy on Saturday. Parkview keeps impressing and upset Brookwood in region 8 (but haven't they done that before). Walton ran their most complete race in winning region 5 and South Forsyth dominated 6. Milton rejoins the rankings with a very solid team effort.
