Online Registration Instructions

Track and Field Facility upgrades completed August 2015. two year old track that includes: Beynon BSS 300 8 lane track, two Beynon BSS 300 horizontal jump pits, one Beynon BSS 300 high jump pit with new mats, one Beynon BSS 300 pole vault pit, one shot put circle, and one discus circle. (All IAAF certified)

Entry fee: $80.00 per gender.($150 for both), Teams bring less than 10 will just pay $10/athlete.All checks shall be made out to: Heritage High School Attn: Track & Field (School or booster checks, NO PERSONAL)OR Mail to: Heritage High School Attn: Track & Field 2400 Granade Rd SW Conyers, GA 30094

Meet Notes: The top 3 individual finishers in each event will be awarded medals; top 3 teams will receive trophies. Event limitation are 3 individual events per team per event and 2 relays per team per event We will start the meet promptly at 9:30 AM. We will mail the medals if you have to leave early.

COACHES: Upon arrival, please proceed to the Clerk of the Course's table to pick-up your Meet Packet and make payment. Coaches we are going to need your help with the field events.

ADMISSION: General admission is $5. All seating is on the Home Side Stands (along the finish line straight away). We will use chalk instead of tape on our track. Please tell your athletes to NOT put tape down on the track, nor the jumping pits. We will provide chalk. " spikes only...we have a new surface on our track this year; please help us maintain it.

PROCEDURES: Please instruct your athletes regarding the uniform rules. Prepare for Championship Season. Athletes are not allowed on the infield at any time. The Clerk of the Course tent will be set up on the Home side of the football field. At check-in, they will be held in a staging area pending the start of their event. We will have warm up boundaries' marked off in the infield. All events will be contested as finals. Heats will be run slowest to fastest, based on seed times.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Throwing Events (All Times are Tentative)Each athlete will get 3 throws/jumps, of which, their first successful attempt will be measured. All other measurements must meet the standards. Top 9 in girls and boys shot put, discus, long jump, and triple jump will have a final (3 additional throws/jumps).

We will work on a rolling schedule for field events
