The Inaugural Metro Area Championships proved to be an exciting two days of jumping, throwing, and racing at St. Pius X on Saturday, March 28, & Monday the 30th. Meet Director Ryan McClay made adjustments to the schedule for the benefit of the athletes as unseasonably cold temperatures brought an unwelcome chill Saturday. In contrast, perfect, warm racing conditions on Monday greeted finalists and helped produce impressive times. Here are some of MileSplit photographer Dan McCauley's favorites.
