Meet Information
ENTRY FEES: $50.00 per team or $100.00 for both boys and girls. Checks should be made payable to " Locust Grove High School Track". Send to Locust Grove High School, South Ola Rd, Locust Grove, Ga 30248 (Attn: Coach Hugh Broderick).
If team brings 100 paying fans to the meet their entry fee will be waived, gate will keep a running total of paying customers and school they support. School can also collect tickets from fans at the end of meet and turn in as proof of waiver.
Each school may enter a maximum of (3) competitors per individual event. Each school may enter two (2) relay teams per relay event. Times, heights and distances should be submitted online by Thursday, March 31, 2011.
QUALIFIYING: All running events will be sections versus time. In all field events, (where applicable) each competitor will receive three trials. After each athlete has one legal mark minimum a minimum distance must be met for the attempt to be measured. The minimum distance for each event will be decided at the coaches meeting in the morning.
NO POLE-VAULTING
NO SPIKES TRACK. PLEASE WEAR WAFFLES OR REMOVE SPIKE NAILSSCORING: Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for all events.
AWARDS: Team trophies will be awarded for the first and second place teams. Ribons will be awarded to the top three finishers.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Concessions and restrooms will be available on site. Coaches should remind athletes that their uniform will serve as a pass for entering and leaving the track area. A coach will need to accompany all others, such as managers, etc., or they will be charged admission.
All athletes are to remain in the designated areas when they are not competing in their events. All athletes should report to the field event judge of the clerk of the course on the first call, which is to be given prior to each event.
Coaches Meeting starts at 8:30am.

11:15 - 1600 Meter Run (Boys)
Followed by the 300 Meter Hurdles (Girls followed by Boys)
12:00 pm all other races will follow as quickly as we can make them happen.
