Online Registration Instructions
We are excited about hosting the annual Erwin Ross Invitational Track and Field Meet. This event will be held on March 07, 2026.
WARM UP AREA: The Warm up Area will be defined with Ribbons and are Strictly for 1st and 2nd Call Athletes.
An individual may enter a maximum of four (4) events.
Here are key points about this year's entries: 3 entries per team in all field events/running events. 2 entries per relay.
Scoring: 1st Place = 10, 2nd = 8, 3rd = 6, 4th = 5, 5th = 4, 6th = 3, 7th = 2, 8th = 1
Awards: Team trophies will be awarded to the 1st place team. Medals awarded to the 1st place finishers. High Point Trophy for Male and Female.
Pre-Meet Order of Events:
7:30 am -> Teams enter stadium | Track is open
8:00 am -> Spectators are welcome to begin entering the gate
8:30 am -> Coaches Meeting & Breakfast
8:45am -> First call for 3200 Girls and Session I Field Events
8:55am -> Final Call for 3200 Girls and Session I Field Events and 1st Call boys 1600
