21st Annual War Eagle Invitational

Meet Venue: Chestatee High School // 3005 Sardis Rd, Gainesville, GA 30506
Coaches,
Were excited to invite you to our 21st Annual War Eagle Invite! This years meet will feature a High School 5K, JV 2 mile race, followed by Middle School (2-mile) races.
Race Schedule:
***Runners must run under 30 minutes to qualify for varsity races.
- 8:00 am: Varsity Boys (Top 10 Runners)
- 8:35 am: Varsity Girls (Top 10 Runners)
- 9:10 am: JV Boys (10 runners) - 2 miles
- 9:40 am: JV Girls (10 runners) - 2 miles
- Help Clear Parking Lot: 10:10 am - 10:50 am
- 11:00 am: Middle School Boys (15 runners)(You can add extra runners for $10 each)
- 11:30 am: Middle School Girls (15 runners)(You can add extra runners for $10 each)
All results will be posted to GA MileSplit upon completion of each individual race.
Awards:
High School Awards Ceremony will begin shortly upon completion of the Girls JV Race.
Middle School Awards Ceremony will begin shortly upon the completion of the middle school races.
Check-In:Coaches should check in and pick up race packets at the scorers table located close to the finish line.

The meet has filled to capacity every year and is expected to do so again for the 2025 meet. Due to course limitations, we are only able to accommodate 12 high school teams and 12 middle school teams.
NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO ENTRIES ON RACE DAY!
Cost:
$100 for one gender
$200 for BOTH Boys and Girls High School Teams (Includes Varsity & JV)
***Additional runners beyond the limit of 10 for the JV race must be requested and uncharged $5 per runner. Please email briannah.henry@hallco.org to request this.
$50 for middle school Boys OR Girls Team (one gender)
$100 for BOTH Boys and Girls middle school teams
***Middle School Only: You can add extra runners for $10 each
$15 per individual runner (unattached/less than 5 on team)

Awards:
- Top 10 Individuals in all Varsity and JV races and in Middle School will receive medals.
- Top 2 Schools in each Varsity race and top 2 schools in each middle school race will receive awards.
There will be concessions and t-shirts on location.
Please carpool if possible. Parking is limited!! ($10 parking)
