Coaches I look forward to seeing and competing against you all. We will run this meet using the old format, as we will not have the adequate recovery time that we will have at the sectional and state meets.
Order of events:
4:00 Long Jump- Girls/Boys followed by the triple jump immediately after (2 jumping pits)
Girls Shot put followed by the boys
Boys Discus followed by the girls
4:15- 300m hurdles Girls followed by the boys
4:30- 1600m run
4:45- 400m relay
5:00- 400m run
5:15- 100/110 hurdles
5:30- 100m dash
5:45- 800m run
6:00 200m dash
6:15 1600m relay
