COACHES! No athlete or team entry fee! Open athletes welcome! Meet is open to schools outside of Forsyth County! Athlete check-in near the score board of our track. Coaches ONLY allowed in the infield!
ENTRIES
100M = 8 individuals/gender/team
100m Hurdles, 200m & 400m = 3 individuals/gender/team
1600m = 4 individuals/gender/team
800m = 8 individuals/gender/team
4x100m, 4x400m, 4x800m = 2 teams/gender/team

Meet schedule!
2:00pm - Coaches Meeting at the start line.
-I'll have heat sheets and discuss rules!
-Coaches hospitality (dinner) will be ready around 5:30pm!
-I'll have coaches to run a majority of events but will need a little help!
2:15pm - Field Events Start
Long Jump Girls Runway located in the stadium!
Long Jump Boys Runway located behind the softball field!
High Jump B/G
Discus G/B - switch at conclusion of event
Shot Put B/G - switch at conclusion of event2:30pm - 4x800
3:45pm - All events will proceed with Girls then boys!
