All team areas are located on
the home side of the stadium. Entry into the infield is check-in at the
gate by the scoreboard. Athletes must be checked into their event in
order to gain infield access.

2:00pm - Coaches Meeting at the start line.

-Coaches hospitality (dinner) will be ready around 5:00pm!
2:15pm - Field Events Start - procedures below!

High Jump B/GWe will run two pits at
the same time.A girls side and a guys
side.
Discus G/B - switch at conclusion of event4 throws(2 x two disc throws - furthest measured each
time in ring)
Shot Put B/G - switch at conclusion of event2 throws considering the size of the
field
FIELD EVENT VENUES WILL CLOSE AT 4:15pm! THE EVENTS WILL
CONCLUDE AND BE SCORED!
3:45pm - All events will proceed with Girls then boys!
