o 8:45 AM: Girls HS JV Championship (15 entries), Top 25 Medals
o 9:15 AM: Boys HS JV Championship (15 entries), Top 25 Medals
o 10:00 AM: Combined HS Open Coed Girls & Boys (Unlimited entries), Top 15 Medals per gender
o 10:45 AM: High School Awards @ Check in/Results Tent following MS Varsity girls' race start
Middle School: Schedule may change (compressed) depending on the number of teams registering.
o 9:30 AM: Middle School Coaches' Meeting @Check in/Results Tent
o 10:30 AM: Girls MS Varsity 3200 (10 entries), Top 15 Medals
o 10:55 AM: Boys MS Varsity 3200 (10 entries), Top 15 Medals
o 11:20 AM: Girls MS JV 3200 (unlimited entries), Top 15 Medals (may be removed depending on registration)
o 11:45 AM: Boys MS JV 3200 (unlimited entries), Top 15 Medals (may be removed depending on registration)
o 12:15 PM (or ASAP): Middle School Awards @ Check in/Results Tent
Roster & Timing Services:
o The deadline for the entries is Wednesday, September 9th at 5:00 PM. After this, no roster changes will be allowed
o Timing will be courtesy of The Perfect Timing Group.
Awards:
o All medals will be awarded in the finish chute but top 10 Varsity & JV will be honored at the awards ceremony (HS and MS)
o High School Varsity: Top 4 teams per gender will receive trophies, Top 25 individuals per gender medal.
o High School JV: Top 3 teams per gender will receive trophies, Top 25 individuals per gender medal
o High School Open: Top 15 per gender medal, no team trophies.
o Middle School Varsity: Top 3 teams per gender will receive trophies, Top 15 per gender medal
o Middle School JV: Top 3 teams per gender will receive trophies, Top 15 per gender medal
o Gwinnett Cup awarded to the high school team with lowest combined Varsity, Junior Varsity Boys & Girls score.
Amenities & Concessions:
o Porta-Pots will be provided at the site.
o Concessions will be available through GIHP vendors.
Spectator Admission Fee:
o $8 for all, children 8 and under are free. Cash & GoFan are accepted for admission.
o Admissions can be purchased on GoFan in advance (LINK HERE) -- please take a screen shot to show that morning.
Entry Fee: Must be received no later than Thursday 9/10 to avoid a late fee.
o High School: $300 for boys and girls, $200 for one gender
o Middle School: $200 for boys and girls. $150 for one gender
o $20 per individual runner if less than 5 on team.

Volunteers: All teams (HS and MS) will be REQUIRED to provide two parent volunteers to help either Friday during the day (for setup) or Saturday during the meet (with finish line, ropes, or results tables). A sign up genius or google form will be sent out two weeks before the meet for signups. These volunteers will have a closer parking lot available for them. Thank you for your help!

Take Exit 82 off Interstate 20 in Conyers. Travel North approximately 4 miles. Turn right onto Centennial Olympic Parkway. The main entrance to the Park is 2 miles ahead on the right.
An alternative route to the Park is via Salem Road (Exit 84) off Interstate 20. Take Exit 84 and travel North approximately 1 mile. At Gees Mill Road, turn right and the Georgia International Horse Park Gate A is 2.5 miles on the right. To continue to the main gate (Gate C), continue past Gate A and turn right at the stop sign onto Centennial Olympic Parkway. The main entrance will be on your right.Alternate Route (Non Interstate) GA 20 East to right on Rosebud. Continue on to Millers Bottom Road (formerly Rosebud). Turn right on GA 138 West to left on to Costley Mill Rd. Take a right on Gees Mill road then your 1st left to stay on Gees Mill Road. Follow signs to race.
