Meet Information
Top 3 individuals per event receive medals. Top 3 teams per gender receive trophies. All field events contested. Short and long hurdles contested. Limit 1 relay team per relay event per school. A contestant may compete in a maximum of 4 events. Please abide by the GHSA entry limits. Coaches hospitality area included.
Registration Fees $20 per individual / $150 per team / $225 for boys and girls teams.

No bags or electronics are allowed on the infield. Only athletes whose event has been called and those who just finished their event are allowed on the infield. Those who have finished their event may do their cooldown on the infield. They must exit the infield after they have finished their cooldown. After third call athletes must report to the staging area.

RUNNING EVENTS SCHEDULE:
11:45 am 4x100m Relay (green triangles exchange zone)
12:00 pm 1600m Sprint Medley Relay (200-200-400-800)
1600M Sprint Medley (2,2,4,8). Will be run as a three-turn stagger. The race will start at the 4x400M start line. The first exchange will use the same zone as the 4x100 (30 meters). The second exchange will be the same as the staggered exchanges for the first exchange of the4x400. The third runner will stay in their lane until the break line after which they can cut in. The final exchange will be at the common exchange zone near the start finish (non-staggered exchange zones).

1:00 pm Showcase 100 m Dash ( 2 heats, top 16 girls, top 16 boys)
1:15 pm 4x800m Relay
2:00 pm 100 m Hurdles / 110 m Hurdles
2:20 pm 800m Sprint Medley (100-100-200-400)
800M Sprint Medley (1,1,2,4)) Will use the 4x100 start line The first two exchanges will use the same exchange zones as the 4x100. The third runner (200M) will remain in their lane for the entire leg. The final exchange will be at the common exchange zone near the start finish (non-staggered exchange zones). The last runner may cut in after receiving the baton.

3:30 pm 300 m Hurdles (red marks)
4:00 pm Distance Medley (1200-400-800-1600)
4:30 pm 4x400m Relay
