Coaches Meeting @ 8:30am (on football field) * We will go over the schedule for the day if there are questions, who is covering which events, collect team entry fee checks, etc. Coaches lunch will be provided. We will send out a google doc for you to fill out to make sure we have meals for each coach and event duties covered amongst all teams. Please email Coach Emily Mayer (emayer@strong-rock.com) if there is a specific fielding event you would like to help run off. One will be assigned to you if we don't hear from you. Exchange zone judges for relays will also be assigned.

High Jump Starting Heights - MS Girls: 3'4, MS Boys: 4'2

Long Jump Minimums - MS Girls: 10', MS Boys: 12'

Triple Jump Minimums - MS Girls: 24', MS Boys: 25'

Pole Vault Minimums - MS Girls: 5', MS Boys: 6'

Shotput Minimums - MS Girls: 15', MS Boys: 20'

Discus Minimums - MS Girls: 30', MS Boys: 50'

All field events maximum of 2 entries * please ensure your athletes can achieve the minimum distances/heights for all fielding events as we want to prevent any athletes from getting hurt and make this a competitive meet for everyone. If their first attempt doesn't meet the minimum, all other attempts shy of the minimum will not be recorded or measured.

POLE VAULT & THROWS:  We will not be weighing for pole vault or implements for throws at this meet.

Running Events Start @ 10:30am- this will be a rolling schedule: if we finish early in an event, we will move directly into the next one listed.

*We are going to do our very best to finish between 2:30 or 3pm. No awards will be provided.
