2026 Wildcat JV/Middle School Invitational
The Villa Rica Invitational will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at Villa Rica High School, Sam McIntyre Stadium, Benson Track. Field events & 3200 will start at 4:15 pm. Coaches meeting will be at 4:00pm.

Online entry: Entry Deadline: Tuesday March 17 at 12:00 Midnight Entry Fee: $150.00 per gender of $250.00 for boys and girls

Coaches Information***PLEASE READ***Sanction: Meet is sanctioned in Georgia (other states upon request: email:terrell.walker@carrollcountyschools.com)
Admission: $7.00 per spectator, spectators will enter the stadium through the main gate in front of the stadium.
Athletes and Coaches Gate: Athletes and Coaches will enter through the gate on the home side for Coaches and Athletes only. Bus drop off & Bus Parking: Buses will drop off athletes in front of the stadium and then park in the Tennis Parking lots.
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
2026 Wildcat JV/Middle School Invitational Schedule of Events 4:00pm Field Events
Awards: Trophies: 1st and 2nd place boys and girls. Medals: 1st -3rd place boys and girls, including relays. Coaches please collect all medals at the conclusion of the Meet. Event Limitations: Individual events: 3 athletes per event Relays: 2 relay teams per event (except 4x800)One athlete may compete in 4 events (per GHSA rules)
Warm up Area:
Athletes will be allowed to warm up on the field at the first call of their event. They are allowed to warm up on the side of the 50 yd line closest to the scoreboard. Please help keep athletes on that side of the field. Also, I will have old hurdles out for them to warm up with. Please tell your athletes not to touch the hurdles that are in position for the hurdle events. Thanks

We're going to do a unique schedule that will hopefully work well and allow us to finish before dark. Please look this over and make sure that all coaches and your athletes are aware of what is going to be going on.
