Friday Night Lights in the Valley Meet Schedule
4:30 p.m. Field Events
- High Jump (girls & boys together)
- Pole Vault (girls & boys together)
- Long Jump (boys then girls)
- Triple Jump (girls then boys)
- Discus Throw (boys then girls)
- Shot Put (girls then boys)
5:30 p.m. Running Events (girls followed by boys) - Rolling Schedule
- 4 x 800m Relay (coed possibly)
- 100/110m Hurdles
- 100m Dash
- 4 x 200m Relay
- 1600m Run
- 4 x 100m Relay
- 400m Dash
- 300m Hurdles
- 800m Run
- 200m Dash
- 3200m Run (coed possibly)
- 4 x 400m Relay
Only athletes competing in the field events are allowed in the field event area.
Parents and spectators must stay in the stands (outside the fence) during ALL events.
Parents and spectators of the discus and shot put must stay in the roped off area of the lower field.
