Parking & Entrance Information:
Course Preview & Tent Setup
- Teams may preview the course and set up tents in the designated Tent City area on Friday, October 31st. Please review the following guidelines:
- Arrival is permitted after 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
- The course will close at 6:00 p.m. Friday evening.
- All teams, buses, and spectators must use the same entrance.
- On Friday, you may drive a trailer down to the reserved Tent City area to complete setup.
- On Saturday-before and during competition-no vehicles will be allowed in the competition area or Tent City due to safety concerns.
- After the conclusion of the meet, vehicles may return to retrieve trailers and equipment.
2025 5A Sectional Box Assignments
To ensure complete fairness, box assignments for both sectionals have been randomized using a random number generator. Each team will use their assigned box number for all races throughout the event. Please use the link below to view the official assignments.

When you see the entrance signs (pictured below), you'll know you're in the right place. A quick heads-up - most of you will be coming through the City of Whitesburg via Highway 5. Please drive carefully and watch your speed, as the local police are known to be very strict in that area.

All traffic - including buses, spectators, and all other vehicles - must enter from the above address.
