Meet Information
Thank you for coming to WLMS's 1st Cross Country
meet. Above is the newest course layout. The start and finish will
be in our sports complex. The start will be on the football field and the
finish will be on the track. The course is a 2 loop run. The course is completely shaded except for
the start and finish. Spectators may watch from the stands or along the
roped off area. Trophies will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place in each division and individual medals to
1st-5th place. There will be a registration table as soon as you enter
the complex to get your bibs. Teams may set up of the back side of the
track on the track. Concessions will be sold-cash only.
Buses should enter through the Bus/Staff entrance (NOT the round-a-bout) entrance no earlier
than 3:30 to allow our students to get off campus. Cars may enter either
entrance after 3:30. Parking is $5 per vehicle-cash or $6 if you use GoFans app.
Race Times:
4:30 MS Girls
5:00 MS Boys
5:30 HS Girls
6:00 HS boys
Races will start on time so runners still on the course once the next race begins will not get a time. Runners must finish within the 30 min allotment.
Cost is $100
per team or $50 per gender. Please bring a check the day of the race made
out to WLMS Cross Country.
WE WILL BE USING TIMING CHIPS. THESE MUST BE TURNED INTO THE TIMING TABLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 PER TIMING CHIP THAT IS NOT RETURNED.
