PTR Tax Day Tune Up 2026

Entries: 2 relays per team and 4 entries for individual field events and 10 entries for individual running events per team; Entries are due on Monday, April 13, 2026 by 7:00 PM.

Relays/ Field Events: DO NOT USE CHALK FOR YOUR RELAYS! All field events will have 3 attempts.

Team Tents: All team tents are to be set up on the away side of the stadium.

Event Information:

• Athletes report to the staging area (start of event) for their event (see stadium map).
• No awards
• One-for-one substitutions only

Infield/Warmups: Reserved for competing athletes and coaches only. No parents or other spectators are allowed on the infield. Coaches, please help us enforce this!

Athlete Check In: The check in area will be set up in the endzone of the football field. We will have an area on the football field roped off for athletes to warm up. There will be a "First Call", "Second Call", and "Third and Final Call" before each running event.

Hospitality: Dinner will be served in the concession stand. Coaches will receive a card for the concession stand.

Gate Admission: $9 for all spectators; Athletes & Coaches are free. We will be cashless and spectators can purchase their tickets before the meet on GoFan or at the gate.

Timing: All events are FAT. We will have live results for all events posted on the jumbotron throughout the meet.

Meet Entry Fee: $150 for combined teams, you may bring check to the meet or mail it; Make checks payable to: Peachtree Ridge High School Track & Field Booster Club

• Entry fee can be brought to the meet or mailed. 

Parking: Busses should drop off at the stadium & then park in front of the school. Do not park buses in the fenced GCPS lot. Spectators need to park in front of the school.

3:45 PM: Coaches Meeting at the timing tent.

4:00 PM: Field Events Session I: 

 Girls Pole Vault then Boys Pole Vault

 Girls High Jump

 Girls Long Jump then Boys Long Jump

4:15 PM: 4x800 Meter Relay (may be combined)

Following Immediately After Field Event Session I - Field Events Session II: 

 Pole Vault Continues

 Boys Discus

 Girls Shot

 Boys High Jump

 Girls Triple Jump then Boys Triple Jump

***Track will reopen after the 4x800; track will close at 4:45 PM***

5:00 PM: Running Events (Rolling Schedule) (Girls 1st, Boys 2nd):

 100/110 Hurdles

 100 Meters (High School followed by Middle School)

 4x200 Meter Relay

 1600 Meters (High School followed by Middle School)

 4x100 Meter Relay

 400 Meters (High School followed by Middle School)

 300 Meter Hurdles

 800 Meters (High School followed by Middle School)

 200 Meters (High School followed by Middle School)

 3200 Meter Run (may be combined)

 4x400 Meter Relay
