Entries:


Running: 4 Entries individual running event entries, 2 relay entries 4x100m, 1 relay entry for the 4x200m, 4x400m, & 4x800m relays.

Field Events: 3 entries in the Horizontal Jumps with minimum marks, first legal mark counts every other mark needs to be beyond min mark. 4 entries in all other field events.

Entries will be made via ga.milesplit.com. FAT timing.



Admission:


Admission will be $5.00.

Please announce the admission fee to your parents and fans. Children under 10 are free.

Concessions:


There will be full concessions. Coaches Hospitality will be available too.



Scoring/Awards:


SCORING Top 8 places will be scored Traditional Format

Trophies for top 2 teams each gender

Medals for top 3 in each event and relays.

Parking:


Athletes can dropped off top of baseball field near signage board by gym. Please have your bus park in lower lot by the baseball hitting facility gate will be open for drivers to enter stadium.



Check in/Warmups

*Check in for field events will be at the event.

*All athletes in running events must check in with the clerk under visitors stands.

*Please keep all athletes that are not staged to participate in the next event in the stands (home-side).

*Warm-ups will take place on field 30 yd. sector opposite of scoreboard. Athletes may also warm up on turfed football practice field at conclusion of throwing events.

Pole vault verification

Please turn in completed pole vault verification forms at the coaches meeting.

Team Setup Site

Please Keep all tents at the top of the stadium opposite Press box on home side and at top of stadium on the visitors side.

8:15 am - Coaches Meeting

8:30 - Boy's Long Jump Starts 

9:00 AM Session 1- Field Events

10:00 AM Session 2 - Field Events

Minimum marks are as follows: 

First Session Field Events 9:00 AM

G Pole Vault (starting height 6-0) 

G High Jump (starting height 4-4)

Long Jump will begin at 8:30 AM all other field events will start at 9:00.
Payment, meet packets can be picked at this time. There will only be 1 for 1 swaps on the day of the meet.

Following the conclusion of the 4x800m relay races, the track will reopen.
