Online Registration Instructions

Thank you for entering

your teams in the Milton North GA JV Invitational. This meet is designed to

feature each teams JV caliber athletes in a competitive environment. As for

entries, please try not to enter your top qualified/identified varsity

runners and throws in this meet (9th-11th JV). If you are looking for a varsity

caliber meet, we host the Milton Showcase held early March/late February each

year.


Below you will find the schedule of events for Wednesday

(3/15). Once we get closer to the meet, I will release a timed schedule for

this event to assist with parents/athletes planning arrival times (will not

move faster than 15mins of the posted timeline). Please be on the lookout for

your teams officiating field event assignment for this meet.


My goal is to run a fast and efficient meet, please be

mindful when entering your runners in this meet. We will be following GHSA

entry guidelines.


Team Setup: Teams can setup tents on the visitor side of

the stadium or at the very top of the home side. PLEASE do not allow your team

to setup tents in the lower levels of the home side for the stadium.


Warm up area: Athletes are welcome to warm up in the

sectioned off parts of the infield. Please remind athletes the infield is not

to be used as the entire team hangout spot.


Bus parking: Buses will drop off athletes in the front of

the stadium along the sidewalk. After dropping athletes off, please inform

drives that they will be required to park in the bus loading area (bus drivers

drive toward the exit and turn left, drive past the front of the school, and

make the first left before going down the hill). At the end of the meet,

drivers should be instructed to pick-up athletes along the sidewalk area in

front of the school on the stadium side.


Gate entry fee: Ticket sales will be sold digitally via

GoFan.


Team Awards: Team Winner and Runner-Up

Medals: 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place individual and

relay team awards will be issued during the meet.


Field Event Information: 3 attempts no finals for all

throwing or horizontal jumps. Track field event layout below.


Meet Cost: Single Gender $125/ Both: $250

Day of the race swaps/scratches: The day of the race we

will only do 1 for 1 scratches/replacements. Scratch/replacement sheets will be

made available via email or at the meet. We are not adding additional runners

into running events.


Ticket sales will be done via GoFan. This link will be sent

out with the Meet Program.


Concession stand will except all forms for currency; Venmo,

Credit, cash, etc.

-Girls Discus (location near baseball field)- (2 entries)

-Boys Shot Put (located behind the field house)- (2 entries)
