Online Registration Instructions
Course Review on Friday
- The Alexander Staff will be out on the course on Friday, November 1st all day making final preparations on the course, but we ask that you limit your course preview hours from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Some of you asked if you can set up your tents on Friday. The answer is yes of course, but please make sure they are in the designated tent areas. Also, if you pull a trailer in to do so on Friday, don't leave your trailer there overnight.
- Also, you will NOT be allowed to pull your trailer down to the tent site on the day of the event. This becomes a logistical nightmare for our parents and an endangerment to the spectators. We learned the hard way at ASICS.

Parking and Entrance to the meet
- Bouckerhart Farm, 10045 Cedar Grove Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213
- Everyone, Buses, Spectator Individuals, and all other vehicles will enter from the above entrance.
- DO NOT ENTER from Chattahoochee Hills Eventing 9445 Browns Lake Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213
- REPEAT, No one should enter from the above address...there is a separate event going on from that entrance.

Please pre-purchase your ticket before arriving at the meet. Cell reception is spotty at the Bouckaert Farm. Coaches need to present coaches pass through the DragonFly app if entering where spectators enter. Athletes will need to be in uniform if entering where the spectators enter.

- 8:30 a.m. Boys for Class 5A - Regions 3, 5, 6, & 7
- 9:15 a.m. Boys for Class 2A - Regions 1, 2, 3, & 4
- 10:00 a.m. Girls for Class 5A - Regions 3, 5, 6, & 7
- 10:45 a.m. Girls for Class 2A - Regions 1, 2, 3, & 4
- 11:30 a.m. Region Awards
Following the conclusion, preset areas will be provided for Individual Regions to present awards.
Each Region will be responsible for their own awards and presentations.
Please make sure coaches register athletes for the correct Sectional on MileSplit. Remember, coaches may register 12 athletes for a team, but do not allow more than 7 to run for a team. Teams may run 5,6 or 7 athletes. Less than 5 students may compete as individuals. Coaches must register athletes by 9:00 a.m. on October 28. There will be no extensions.
In order to keep Sectional meets consistent, JV races will not be held on the Sectional date, November 2
