Weather permitting teams will be allowed to preview the course during the above time slot.
If conditions exist that may cause damage to the course before the sectional meet, the meet host & director reserves the right to prevent teams from previewing the course.
An all-weather rubberized track will be available for teams to use for their shake out run if conditions exist that do not allow teams to to preview the course.
Coaches, teams, individual runners, or parents should not be on the course, other than the official preview time.
Preview time closes at 6:00pm. Everyone must be off campus by that time.
Teams may set up their team tents on Friday during the Course Preview, weather permitting.

6:45 am - Facility Opens for 5A Sectional
8:00 am - 5A Boys
8:45 am - 5A Girls
9:30 am - 5A Region Awards
10:15 am - Facility Closed for 5A Sectional
A-Div 1 - Regions 1, 2, 3, 4
10:45 am -Facility Opens for A-Div 1 Sectional
12:00 pm - A-Div 1 Boys
12:45 pm - A-Div 1 Girls
1:30 pm - A-Div 1 Region Awards
2:15 pm - Facility Closed for A-Div 1 Sectional
*** The schedule will be adjusted as needed to accommodate weather conditions that may be unsafe for coaches, athletes, and/or spectators. ***
*** Additional time is built in the schedule to get teams from the 5A sectional off campus before the A-Div 1 sectional arrives. ***
Registration
- Remember, register 12 athletes for a team, but do not run more than 7.
- Deadline: Register by 9:00 a.m. on October 28. There will no be extensions
