Online Registration Instructions
Meet will be held at Heritage Middle School 4005 Poplar Springs Road Ringgold, Ga 30736. It is a 2 mile course. Boys will run at 4:30. Girls will run at 5. Awards will immediately follow for top two teams and top ten individuals of both genders. Cost is $2.50 per number of registered runners. Please check in at the registration tent and pay there. Maps will be available, and we have a water source on the start/finish field if you want to fill your coolers when you arrive. Parking and admission are free.
