NewRock Championship Information
Meet will be held at Rockdale County High School. We will be on a 6-lane track, and we will run prelims on Friday and Saturday will be finals.
Athletes can participate in 5 events in this combination:
An athlete CANNOT participate in 3 Individual running events and both relay events.
3 field events and both relays
Example - Shot Put - Long Jump - Discus - 4x100 - 4x400.
2 field events and 1 running event and both relay events
Example - High Jump - Long Jump - 100meters - 4x100 - 4x400
2 running events and 1 field events and both relays' events.
100 - 200 - Long Jump - 4x100 - 4x400
