Hall County Track and Field Championships 2025

at Chestatee High School

Tuesday, April 1 - Thursday, April 3 2025

Entries: Entries are due Sunday, 3/30 by 5 PM

 - 3 entries per individual running and field event; 1 entry per relay.   

- Field Events are top 9 to the finals. In order for us to complete 2 flights and the finals in a timely fashion we are using event minimums. An athlete's first legal throw or horizontal throw will be measured. After that, throws and horizontal jumps must meet the minimums in order to be measured. Please only send those athletes that can meet the minimums. Minimums/Standards are listed at the bottom of the page.

- Entry Fee: Cost is $175 for girls and boys teams together or $100 per team. Checks should be made out to Chestatee HS Track and Field.

Drop off/Parking: Buses should drop off at the stadium/field house & then park in the upper lot to the right of the school.

Gate Admission: $6 for all spectators; Cash and GoFan accepted. Spectators should enter from the upper parking lot by the school. Athletes & Coaches are free. 

- Infield/Warmups: Reserved for competing athletes and coaches only. No parents or other spectators are allowed on the infield after field events have concluded. Food: Hospitality room for coaches. Food trucks available for athletes and fans. Several restaurants near by as well.

Day 1 Schedule

  • Field Events:

    • Top 9 to the finals (FEs open at 3:40 for warm ups
    • Medals will be handed out as each event is completed. Coaches, as your round of field events finishes - please send the top 3 to the podium with the score sheet and we will announce. 

    3:35: Coaches Meeting at tent

    4:00: Round 1 Field Events - Girls Pole Vault, Boys Discus, Girls Shot Put, Girls Long Jump (Pit 1), Boys Long Jump (Pit 2), Girls High Jump

    4:15: Girls 1600m Final (2 Heats)

    5:30: Round 2 Field Events: (Immediately following completion of round I): Boys Pole Vault, Girls Discus, Boys Shot Put, Girls Triple Jump (Pit 1), Boys Triple Jump (Pit 2), Boys High Jump

    5:45: Boys 3200m Final (2 Heats)

    7:00: Finished

    Day 2 Schedule

    All running events will be timed finals based on verified seeds. We will try to podium while the next race is going. 

    3:35: Coaches Meeting at tent

    4:00: 4x800m Relay

    4:25: 100/110m Hurdles

    4:40: 100m Dash 

    4:55: 4x200m Relay 

    5:10: 1600m Run Boys Finals (2 Heats) 

    5:25: 4x100m Relay 

    5:35: 400m Dash 

    5:55: 300m Hurdles 

    6:10: 800m Run 

    6:35: 200m Dash

    6:50: 3200m Run Girls Finals (1 Heat) 

    7:10: 4x400m Relay
