GHSA 5A - Region 1 2024

4 Events total per athlete in some form of the following:

4 Individual events and no relays

3 individual evets and 1 relay

2 individual events and 2 relays1 individual event and 3 relays0 individual events and 4 relays

8 athletes may be listed in each relay with only 4 running.

An athlete can be in any number of relay lists as long as their maximum number of events participated in does not exceed 4.

11:00 Field Events 1st Round

     Girls HJ, Girls LJ, Girls SP, Boys DT, Boys PV, Boys TJ

10:30 Girls 3200m Run

10:45 Boy 3200m Run

11:00 Field Events 2nd Round

     Girls DT, Girls PV, Girls TJ, Boys HJ, Boys LJ, Boys SP

12:00 Lunch/Break

1:00 Running Events - Girls will run first with the boys following.

     4X800m Relay

     100m Girls Hurdles

     110m Boys Hurdles

     100m Dash

     4X200m Relay

     1600m Run
