10:30 a.m. Small School Girls Race (Classes 1A, 2A, 3A, & 4A...Limited to 7 Girls) $75 entry for this race

11:00 a.m. Small School Boys Race (Classes 1A, 2A, 3A, & 4A...Limited to 7 Boys) $75 entry for this race

11:30 a.m. J.V. Girls Late Race (Limited to 7 Girls) $50 entry fee for this race 

12:00 p.m. J.V. Boys Late Race (Limited to 7 Boys) $50 entry fee for this race

12:30 p.m. Runners who are outside your top 14...non-scoring race...chip timed...Boys and Girls combined $50 flat entry fee

Spectator fees: 

There will be a fee of $5 a person to enter the meet for spectators. We will take cash and below is a link to the GoFan ticket purchase site:

Awards:

Individual Medals will be handed to the TOP 10 Finishers in the Varsity/Championship Race

Individual Medals will be handed to the Top 5 Finishers in the J.V. Races

Trophies:

Trophies will be awarded to the Top 3 Teams in the Varsity/Championship Races

Trophies will be awarded to the Top 2 Teams in the J.V. Races

WE WILL NOT DO AN AWARDS PRESENTATION...But once results are tabulated, we will announce the results and Teams can come to the Meet Control Tent to pick up their Trophies

There isn't a flat fee. You pay for the number of races you choose to enter.

You pay the $Monetary Cost$ of the races you choose to enter.

Example:

Carrollton enters a boy's team in the Championship race ... $100.

Then Carrollton enters a boy's team in the Large School Varsity race ... $75.

Finally Carrollton enters a boy's team in the Early J.V. race ... $50.

Carrollton now owes the meet $225.00

Timing:

Timing will be provided by "The Perfect Timing Group)

After the race, please return the chips to the finish line area/ meet control tent. Coaches and Athletes are responsible for the chips issued to use for the competition. Any chips not returned to "Perfect Timing" will result in a $20 charge per chip not returned. This has become common practice after COVID and will continue. This helps to keep the finish line area clear and athletes from crowding up in the finish line chute. 

Team Packet:

On the day of the race, you will be able to pick up your race information, chips, and other necessities at the meet control tent which is located near the finish line area. 

Sanction:

The meet will be sanctioned by the GHSA for Georgia Teams. Any teams from out-of-state will need to request sanctioning when contacting for the password.
