HCMS Region Tune-Up 2024

Heat Sheets/Meet Program

Thank you for entering the HCMS Region Tune-Up! Below is the meet information and the order of events: 

Check can me made to HCHS Track Booster. Please bring payments the day of the meet! The fee is $125.00 for both teams. This will take care of the cost for the FAT. 

W9 Form HCHS Booster W-9

- Unlimited entries on the 100M and 800M (please do not go overboard; this is to get any last-minute times for needed adjustments), limited to 4 entries per team on other events. 

-Up to 4 events per athlete.

- $5.00 admissions fee; cash only.

-The track is located at Hart County Middle School; parking will be in the HCMS parking lot or the HCHS parking lot. 

-Busses may unload in front of the track and then park along the outsides of the parking lot. 

-Teams will have designated areas on the infield. 

- Seating is limited; spectators are encouraged to bring folding chairs. 

- Concessions will be available at the gate area.

- Restrooms will be available.

- No spikes are to be worn in the building. 

- No spectators are allowed on the infield unless they are in designated areas for field events only.
