Entries:
o Unlimited entries in the 100m, 200m, and the 3200m. Limit of 5 entries per team per event and per gender in all other individual events
o Limit of three relay teams of each gender per school.
o Entry limits per individual are "old school": 3 individual events max but at least one of those three must be a field event (LJ, HJ, TJ, PV, S, D). Additionally, individuals may participate in both relays (4x100 & 4x400). Here are a few illustrative examples. If an individual is entered in:
- 100, 200, 400 and both relays (not allowed...one of the three individual events is not a field event)
- 200, 400, HJ, PV (not allowed...four individual events)
- 800, 1600, LJ and both relays (yes...allowed)
- Shot, Discus, HJ and both relays (yes...allowed)

Order of events:
Field events start at 3:15
o Shot (G then B)
o Discus (B then G)
o Pole vault (B & G together)
o High jump (B then G)
o Long jump (G then B)
o Triple jump (B then G... immediately following PV)
Running events also start at 3:15
(NOTE: 3200m run (GIRLS & BOYS TOGETHER). All lane events will be girls followed by boys.)
o (G then B) 100H (on straightaway adjacent to 200m oval)
o (G then B) 100m (on straightaway adjacent to 200m oval)
o (G & B together) 3200m run (Only hand timed event...on 200m oval...run simultaneously with 100H & 100m dash...we'll ask for coaches to help hand time and count laps for this event)
o (G then B) 4 x 100m relay (oval)
o (G then B) 400m (oval)
o (G then B) 800m (oval from the 200m stagger line...athletes cut into lane one after one 200m lap)
o (G then B) 200m (oval)
o (G then B) 200H (note: we cannot do 300H because of a 200m oval...last few hurdles would be in the wrong place)
o (G then B) 1600m (oval...waterfall start line...if there are few enough entries we might combine B&G)
o (G then B) 4 x 400m relay (oval)
Note: We have eight lanes on our adjacent straightaway, but we can only put hurdles in seven of them. We have six lanes on our 200m oval.
Note: The reason we run the 3200m simultaneously with other events is because we do not have lights at our facility, so we need to make every effort to finish before darkness.
