Meet Information
East Lauren's will be hosting our first annual Run'em and Coach'em meet. We will only offer the running events from the 100 through the 1600. Unlimited entries in the 100 and 1600, 5 entries in the 100/110H thru the 800.
For the Run'em aspect, we should all be able to get early season times for our athletes in the running events.
Meanwhile, we are asking all the coaches that are well-qualified to "Coach'em." Work together for impromptu "all-comers" coaching in field events and hurdles to teach drills, footwork, marks, etc. Without field events and relays, we should need minimal help from coaches. Watch and work with the athletes!
As of now we are trying to secure timing. There may be an entry cost. Our other option would be to use the multilane timer. This would be accurate enough on pretty much any event above the 200.
The entry fee is TBD.
$5.00 for spectators. Concession stand will be available.

Coaches, please have entries in by the deadline. There will be no meet-day additions. Substitutions ONLY will be made at the scratch meeting.
