LJ - runways close at 7:00pmAny attempts not made will be scratches.
HJ - if athletes are checking in and out at 7pm we will switch to Girls HJ and boys will be
concluded!
100, 200 - only the last 2 heats will use starting blocks
400 - no starting blocks
800 - double alley waterfall start (each field is approx.. 20 athletes)
4x400 declaration will be open 7:30 - 8pm.If you do not highlight your team and declare your team will be scratched. We will then seed and you can see heats online in live results link.
It is a school night and if we have not started the 4x400 by 9pm that event will be canceled,
and the meet will be considered official at the conclusion of the 200m run!

Meet schedule!
5:15pm - Coaches Meeting at the start line.
-I'll have heat sheets and discuss rules!
-Coaches hospitality (dinner) will be ready around 5:30pm!
-I'll have coaches to run a majority of events but will need a little help!
5:30pm - Field Events Start
Long Jump Girls Runway located in the stadium!
Long Jump Boys Runway located behind the softball field!
High Jump B/G
Discus G/B - switch at conclusion of event
Shot Put B/G - switch at conclusion of event
Our Pole Vault team will participate during the meet. If your athletes are interested in the event in HS have them see our Coach Kerry Farr at the pit!
5:30pm - All events will proceed with Girls then boys!
