Online Registration Instructions
Please remind your parents that there is a gate fee. We will collect $7 for adults, $5 for students, no charge for athletes and coaches. We only use GoFan for gate entry. You can download the app and purchase your ticket ahead of time on the GoFan app.
Meet fees:
$75 entry per race. (No max on # of runners.)
Max entry fee of $200 per school.
Varsity boys (Top 7): 8:00am
Varsity girls (Top 7): 8:30am*
COMBINED JV RACE: 9:00am*
Middle School boys: 9:40*
Middle School girls: 10:00*
*approximate times; races will be run back-to-back ASAP, beginning with varsity boys at 8am.
MEET NOTES
Gate opens at 6:45
Course is available for self-guided preview from 7:15-7:45am.
Coaches meeting at 7:45am at the side gate.
We will have sealed, pre-packaged snacks and drinks for sale.
Top 10 individuals in each race will receive an award. (Varsity and Middle School)
No JV awards.
Top 2 teams (Varsity and MS) will receive a trophy. (No team awards for JV races)
We will have an awards ceremony immediately following the last race. ASAP. If you are a high school team that wants to go ahead and get on the road, you may pick up your awards from the awards table once the results have been verified.
