ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:
In the varsity races for boys and girls, please enter your top 7 varsity runners in each race and include up to 5 alternates (for state) in the same event. These alternates may run in the JV race. All other runners not in your top 7 or alternate list may be entered into the JV race. The 12 runners (top 7 plus 5 alternates) listed in your varsity girls and varsity boys entries are the ones that carry over to state, should you qualify.
