Coaches Information: 

GHSA SANCTIONED MEET   **Unattached athletes are NOT permitted 

Admission: $7.00 per spectator, spectators will enter the stadium at the south gate end zone entrance closest to school parking lot.

GoFan Link will be coming closer to the meet date.

We'll have QR codes to scan at the gate. We'll also take cash.

Athletes and Coaches Gate: Athletes and Coaches will enter through the east gate stadium entrance located right next to the indoor facility. Bus drop off & Bus Parking: Buses will drop off athletes at the east gate, and park at the indoor facility parking area right across the road from the gate. There will be someone to direct the teams and bus parking. Buses will park at the indoor facility parking lot. A link with an aerial view of the stadium drop and parking will be available as soon as possible.  

Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Awards: Trophies: 1st and 2nd place boys and girls teams 

Medals: 1st and 2nd place, including relays 

Coaches, you may pick up bags with all medals at the conclusion of the meet. 

Event Limitations: Individual events: 4 athletes per event Relays: 1 relay team per event. One athlete may compete in 4 events (per GHSA rules)

Coaches Meeting 8:30 a.m. 

9:00 a.m. Field Events

• Girls' Long Jump followed by Boys' Long Jump (3 total jumps)

• Girls' Triple Jump followed by Boys' Triple Jump (3 total jumps)

• Girls' High Jump followed by Boys. (Opening Height Girls' 4" 4". Boys 5' 4)

• Girls' Pole Vault followed by Boys (Opening Height Girls' 6" 6", Boys' 8' 6)

• Boys' Shot followed by Girls (3 throws)

• Girls'  Discus followed by Boys (3 throws)

Check-in for running events will be at the south end zone side of the stadium by thevisitors concession stand.  

Check-in for field events will be at the event. 

Athletes in lane events will need a hip number on the left hip. Athletes participatingin the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, and/or the anchor leg of the 4x400 m, 4x800m, and4x200 Relay will need 2 hip numbers one for the left hip and one for the left chest. 

Please keep all athletes that are not staged to participate in the next event in the stands.
