Meet Information

Meet location: Rabun County Middle/High School (Frank Snyder Stadium)

Heat Sheets/Meet Program

Admission: $5.00 (Rabun students and all children 5 and under are free. GHSA and NEGIAA Passes will be accepted with proper ID.) Concessions will be on site. 

Team Entry Fee: $75.00 for each participating school. Check can be made out to RCHS Athletics and can be brought the day of the meet. 

General Information: Please find a place in the stands for your school/athletes to place their belongings and to gather when waiting. Only athletes who are checking in/warming up, running a race, or cooling down should be in the infield area. Spectators should not cross roped areas or be on the infield area.
Registering for Events: Keeping in mind that this meet will include 5 teams on a school night: For relay teams, an A and B team for boys and girls will be allowed per school for the 4x100, 4x400, and 4x800. Please do not exceed 4 per event for guys and the same for girls; limit to 3 entries for laned races. Thanks.

Start Times: The Meet will start at 4:00 with a quick Coaches meeting in the infield at 3:45. Field events will be open for warm-ups at 3:30.
