Meet Information: This meet is sponsors by Bima Designs, the purpose of this meet is to give coaches and athletes an opportunity to assess and evaluate there current performance. Each school will be allowed to enter 3 participants per event an a max of 1 teams in the 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m and 4x800m relays.Entry Fee: $175.00 per gender or $275.00 for both.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday, March 10th, 2024. There will be no meet day entry changes!!!Timing/Results: SMART Event Management
AWARDS: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies will be presented to the top three boys and girls teams. The top 3 finishers in each event will receive medals.
FACILITY: 8 lane all-weather track surface with Long/Triple Jump runways and pits. The Shot Put and Discus circles are brushed concrete.
WARM-UP AREA: The warm-up area will be in the grass field and on the infield only if your event is about to start following field events.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: There will be a $8 admission fee. Concessions and restroom facilities will be available as well.
3:45 - Coaches Meeting
4:00 - Begin Girls High Jump followed By Boys High Jump
4:00 - Begin First round of field events - Girls Long Jump (Runway A) Boys Long Jump
(Runway B) Girls Shot put, Boys Discus, Pole Vault (Boys and Girls)
4:15 - Starts 4x800 meter relay Girls followed by Boys
4:30 - Begin Second round of field events - Boys Triple Jump, Girls Triple Jump, Boys Shot Put, Girls Discus.
5:00 Begin Running Events - Running events will run on a rolling schedule. Girls before Boys.
