Meet Information

Anyone who arrives after 4:15 must use the main entrance to the high
school off Spout Springs Road.The middle
school entrance and Elizabeth Lane entrance will be blocked at 4:15 for the
race.
Race Details:
The girls' race will begin at 4:30p.m. The boys' race will begin immediately
after the conclusion of the girls' race. Both races will begin and end on the football
field. Individual awards will be given
to the top 10 finishers immediately following each race.
Bus Parking:
Enter the main entrance to the school and turn to the left.Buses can drop off teams AND park in the field
with the modular buildings.Please do
not park on the road because the road is part of our course.Access will be restricted to buses only.If
your bus driver is dropping off your team and then leaving, they can drop off
in the parking lot near the stadium entrance.
Spectator Parking:All fans will park in the designated
parking lot and enter the stadium.Fans
will be required to stay in the stadium bleachers where they can see the
beginning and end of the race.
Restrooms: The
restrooms for runners/teams are located in the field house at the far end of
the track.These are for teams only.Spectators can use the stadium restrooms.
Tent Area:
Please set up tents along the far side of the football field.Please keep the track clear because we will
end the race by running 1 lap on the track.
First Aid Station: The first aid station will be located near the finish chute on
the football field.
Race Course:
The course will be marked with paint, flags and marking tape. Course marshals
will be present throughout the course to guide runners. A map of the course is included.Runners will be on roads two different times
during the race.Please make sure to tell
your runners to stay close to the curb.Our race marshals will also encourage runners to stay near the side of
the street.
Refreshments:
Snow Cone truck will be on site. Enjoy!
