Entries - Unlimited - 3 Relays per Team
Notables:
Cost - $150 (Both Teams)
Team Area - Visitor Bleachers/Visitor Side of Stadium - No Team Areas in Home Bleachers
Entrance to Track - There will be one way in and one way out ONLY. The clerks tent by the fieldhouse is the only way in and out of the track. Fans will not be permitted in this area.
Bathrooms - There will be bathrooms on the Visitor Side of the stadium unlocked and open as well as Home Side.
Concessions - Will be available on home side.
Turf Infield - There will be NO food permitted on the artificial surface inside the track. If your athletes are in violation of this, they will be disqualified. We have a brand new facility and want to keep it clean and presentable.
Water/Trainer - There will be several water stations set up inside of the track/field area. A trainers tent will be available for any injuries. We will not tape your athletes, the trainer is provided for medical attention.
Track Marking - We will have chalk buckets out in multiple locations. There is NO tape allowed on any track surface/runway.
Fieldhouse - The fieldhouse is off limits to non-Walnut Grove staff/athletes. There is construction going on inside and is off limits.
Hospitality - There will be a coach's tent on the infield near the start/finish line. Drinks will be provided as well as pizza towards the latter half of the meet for your staff. (We will notify you to come eat)

Immediately Following - Boys Shot Put, Girls Discus, Boys Long Jump, Girls Triple Jump, Girls High Jump
*** Please Note *** - We run a very efficient meet, this is an All-Comers Meet and we will not hold field events for your athletes competing in multiple events, we will give them opportunities for multiple attempts but will not hold field events up. If they check out and do not report in a reasonable time we will move on. We have a track record of finishing all weekday meets between 7:30-8:00 and want to uphold that.
