**Our Shot Put and Discus events are held ~1.5 miles away from Barron Stadium.**

EXCHANGE ZONES -Our track has been repainted since the new 30m exchange zone rule has come into effect. Please note that the exchange zone is between the LARGE TRIANGLES. The outgoing runner must be lined up inside of those triangles and the baton must be passed within that 30m exchange zone.
**NO CHALK ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE TRACK.**
