All Scratches/Replacements submissions are due by Wednesday 5/3 at Noon. Please contact your region meet director for any replacements.

The Stadium is NOT located at Jefferson High School. Stadium address is 127 Memorial Dr. Jefferson GA 30549.
Parking is available adjacent to the stadium and along Memorial Dr.
Viewing areas for spectators - During the field events, the track will be open for spectators (pole vault, discus, high jump). However, only coaches and athletes will be allowed inside the track. Any viewing of video or use of electronics must take place on or outside the track. For shotput, long jump, and triple jump spectators must remain either outside the fenced area or behind the flags.

POLE VAULT VERIFICATION FORMS - If you have a pole vaulter, please don't forget your signed pole vault verification forms.
Park all buses in the 2 gravel lots across the street from Memorial Stadium. Teams may unload at the gate in front of the field house.
Teams should set up on the visitors side of the stadium in the visitors stands or on the grass practice field. There will be no team tents allowed on the home side or in the shotput/horizontal jump area.
The infield will be closed for warm-ups unless an event has been called to check in. All warm-ups should take place on the grass practice field behind the visitors stands.
Relays- all four relay team members must check in with the clerk. Relay team members should be in uniform at check in.
There will be no use of electronics/video by athletes inside the track or other competition areas.
