GHSA 4A - Region 7 2023

Day 1

10:00- Scratch Meeting (Once we leave the meeting there will be no more changes)

11:00- Day 1 Field Events (3 jumps or throws and the top 9 get 3 more jumps or throws) This does not include the Pole Vault and High Jump, once the bar goes up it does not come down. 

• Girls- Pole Vault

• Boys- High Jump

• Girls- Discus

• Boys- Shot Put

• Girls- Long Jump

• Boys- Triple Jump

30 minutes after the conclusion of all Field Events we will start the running in this order. (Girls followed by Boys)

• 100/110 Hurdles Prelims

• 100 Prelims

• 4x200 Finals

• 400 Prelims

• 300 Hurdles Prelims

• 800 Prelims

• 200 Prelims 

• 3200 Finals 

• 4x400 Finals

Day 2
