Entries:
- Entries will be done through: http://ga.milesplit.com.
- Entries are due on Thursday, April 13th,
- There will be NO MEET DAY CHANGES. Coaches, it is your job to get your athletes entered.
- Entries: 2 entries per running event and 3 entries per field event.
Entry Fee:
- Team checks are made payable to Davis Middle School
- Entry fee is due before picking up packets.
- Admission is $2 for spectators
Event Information:
- Field events: All field events will have 3 attempts
- For relays, please do not use chalk!
- All events will be scored, 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Awards: Top 2 girls and boys teams will receive a trophy.
Facility: 6 lane track. Timing will be FAT by Runners Fit Race Works
Concessions: Concessions will be open throughout the meet.
Meet Admission: Admission cost is TBA.
Parking: All buses must park near the baseball fields at The Hog Mountain Sports Complex and any parents that arrive before the end of school must park at the Hog Mountain Sports Complex.
Drop Off: You may offload at the new building at the end of the stadium.
Tents: Tents can be set at the top of the stadium.
Athlete Check In: The clerk will be set up on the practice football field. The First Call-15 min. before event, Second Call-10 min. before event, and Third and Final Call-5 min. before event.
Meet Results: Live Results will be posted online during the event. Final results will be online at the conclusion on ga.milesplit.com courtesy of Runners Fit Race Works.
Check In: Check in will be in the middle of the field. Athletes need to report to the orange cones once their event has been called.
2:00 p.m.- Teams arrive
2:15 p.m.- Coaches Meeting (in the middle of the field)
2:30 p.m.- Events begin
2:30-3:15 p.m.- Field Events Session I
- Field Events Session I: Girls Discus, Girls Long Jump, Boys Shot, Boys High Jump, Boys Triple Jump
- 3:00 p.m.- 3200 Meter Run (Girls then Boys)
3:15-4:00 p.m.- Field Events Session II
- Field Events Session II: Boys Discus, Boys Long Jump, Girls Shot, Girls High Jump, Girls Triple Jump
4:30 p.m. - Running Events Begin (Girls then Boys), Events will be on a rolling schedule.
