7:45AM 3200 Fast GIRLS Heat (Cut off time of 15 minutes and under)
8:05AM 3200 Fast BOYS Heat (Cut off time of 12:15 and under)
8:20AM 3200 Girls Heat 2 (15 to 18 minute range)
8:35AM 3200 Boys Heat 2. (12:15 to 16 minute range if needed)
8:50AM 1600 Girls Heat 1 (7:45 to 10 minutes)
9:05AM 1600 Girls Heat 2 (6 minutes to 7:45)
9:15AM 1600 Boys Heat 1 (5 Flat to 7:30)
9:30AM 1600 Boys Heat 2 (7:30 to 10 minutes)
