All Athletes report straight to your field event:(If you are first call. Please see below)

3 entries from each school in the Field Events, 800m, 1600m and 3200m

***Remember that the 3rd person cannot score(per our by-laws) but will receive medal/ribbon if they place top 8***

2 entries in all other lane races excluding relays

1 entry per team in Relays(4x100m, 4x400m, 4x800m)

First Call: Girls High Jump, Girls Long Jump(Outside Pit), Girls Pole vault, Girls Discus.

First Call: Boys Long Jump, Boys Shot Put 

Throwers should go straight there since it is behind the softball and baseball fields(which are not in the actual stadium) PLEASE TELL YOUR ATHLETES AND PARENTS!!!

Field Events will be ready to compete by 5:00pm. Athletes should be checked in by 4:45pm!!!

Scratch Changes for Field Events WILL be made by the Coach at the individual field event.

Scratch Changes for running events(not including relays) WILL be submitted in writing to the the timing company before 5pm! No exceptions! 

4x800m Relay will report to the start line after being clerked in at 5:00pm!!! They run first then report back to field events.***Order of Running events: Clerking will occur on the field at the designated area. ***Warm up areas will be on the field opposite side of the scoreboard. ***The sand pit/High jump side.***

***ABSOLUTELY NO ATHLETE WILL BE AT A FIELD EVENT OR ON THE FOOTBALL FIELD OR ON THE TRACK THAT IS NOT COMPETITING!!! Warm-ups will not take place on the track but on designated side of the football field. PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS AWARE OF THIS!!!***

NO FOOTBALL OR SOCCER OR FRISBEE, ETC... ON THE FIELD AT ANY TIME!!!(Horseplay of any kind) Also, no running/pacing with athletes during running events. This could result in a DQ. 

Girls will always run first heats!
