3:30 pm- Track is open for warm-ups, scratch & add in Wrestling Room, Coaches Hospitality

4:00 pm- Coaches meeting on infield

Field Events- Best of 3 Attempts- except for High Jump and Pole Vault, we will use 5-Alive Method for verticaljumps.
