Location: Westside HS, 1002 Patriots Way, Augusta, GA - exit 199 off I-20

Track opens at 8am. Coaches Meeting at 9am. 3200m Start at 9:30 am-Athletes should be ready to go at this time.

Running events begin at 11:30 am and continue on a rolling schedule. We will add short breaks if needed depending on the speed of the meet. 

$50 entry fee per gender. $100 per school with both boys and girls teams. Make checks payable to Augusta Eagles Track and Field and bring to the meet with you.

Coaches/schools are expected to run a field event, judge an exchange zone, etc. Assignments will be requested/made prior to the meet. 

Entry limits: 4 individual (run: field any combination 3:1, 2:2, 1:3) and 2 relays per athlete.  A and B team relays may be entered.

Entries close 13 April at 11pm. Entries must be in by this time to allow for meet preparation.

Entries are based off 2022 times, not PR in the past. Times should be carried forward in milesplit. FAT and hand timed acceptable. No manually entered times except by permission. Please let me know. This would happen if you ran in a track meet not on mile split or results not entered on milesplit. 

Concessions will be available. Entry and parking are free for spectators. The track is one mile from Augusta National Golf course. The immediate area has many restaurants, hotels, etc. 

Pole vaulters who meet the minimum standard will vault in the state meet. There is no region pole vault.

No spikes longer than 1/4 inch. There are some grass areas outside the track for tent placement. No spectators will be allowed on the infield. 

All races D2 then D1. 1600 and 3200m may be combined depending on number of entries. Field events will be combined. Place will be assigned by division. Top 4 places in D1 and D2 advance to the state meet. 

No 'one false start' rule. False start = disqualification.  NFHS rule 5-7

You may enter A and B relays. Each team can have 4 members and 2 alternates. They may not participate on the other team at either the region or the state. Any of the 6 listed members can run at the region or state. The same 4 are not required to run at state. NFHS rule 5-10

Final and team awards:   Top 2 Teams Girls & Boys. Top 3 individuals each event. High point individual Girl and Boy.

Qualifiers: The top 4 finishers in each division/event that have met the minimum standards for that event will advance to the State Finals Meet.
