Scratch meeting at 3:45; meet begins promptly at 4:00 (warmups/runthroughs will be over.) 4 entries per individual event except for 3200 and 1600 which are unlimited; up to 3 relay teams per event.
In the interest of time we will not run the 4x800 or the 4x200 this meet.
