Cherokee Bluff Last Chance Invite

We are no longer accepting teams to attend this meet!!!
Teams: Banks County, Cherokee Bluff, Commerce, East Forsyth, Gilmer, Lumpkin County, North Gwinnett, North Hall, Peachtree Ridge, Riverside Military, West Hall
Entries:
- Entries are due on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 by 6:00 p.m.
- There will be NO MEET DAY CHANGES. Coaches, it is your job to get your athletes entered.
- Entries: 4 entries per event and 2 entries per relay event.
Relays: DO NOT USE CHALK FOR YOUR RELAYS!
Field Events: All field events will have 3 attempts. Cars should not park on the road next to the discus cage!
Infield/Warmups: Reserved for competing athletes and coaches only. No parents or other spectators are allowed on the infield. Athletes can warm up around campus or the practice field adjacent to the stadium. No electronic devices on the infield.
Parking: Busses should drop off at the stadium & then park in front of the school. Spectators can park in any available spaces on campus. Cars should not park on the road next to the discus cage!
Team Tents: All team tents are to be set up on the away side of the stadium.
Awards: There will be no awards.
Check In: Check in will be in the middle of the field.
Timing: Timing will be FAT
Coaches Hospitality: Light dinner will be provided.
Concessions: Concessions will be available.
Gate Admission: $5 for all spectators; Athletes & Coaches are free
Meet Entry Fee: $100 for both teams (boys and girls), you may bring check to meet; Make checks payable to: Cherokee Bluff XC/TF Booster Club

3:30-4:15 PM: Field Events Session I: Girls Pole Vault, Girls Discus, Girls Long Jump, Boys Shot, Girls High Jump, Boys Triple Jump
4:15-5:00 PM: Field Events Session II: Boys Pole Vault, Boys Discus, Boys Long Jump, Girls Shot, Boys High Jump, Girls Triple Jump
***4:45-5:15 p.m.-Track will be open for warm ups.
