Meet Information
This will be the 1st Annual Smasher Breeze Invitational. We are taking a maximum of 16 teams for this meet and it will be on a first come first serve basis. Because of the new meet order GHSA has adopted, we will be running the meet similar to what the athletes will be seeing at REGION, SECTIONAL, AND STATE. There will be a Coaches' Meeting promptly at 9:30am for any scratches that may need to be made and we will make our FIRST CALL for field events at 9:45. Coaches will be required to work some field events. If you have a preference to the field event you want to work, please let me know in advance. If we all work together, we can have a highly efficient meet and finish in a timely manner. A hospitality room will be provided for Coaches. Coaches will receive wristbands during the Coaches' Meeting to give to all of their coaches. Coaches will be allowed on the infield. Any athlete who is not preparing for an event SHALL NOT BE ON THE INFIELD. Runners who need to be replaced MUST BE DONE DURING THE COACHES MEETING. The runner who is replacing will still run in the same lane and heat as the runner being replaced. There will be a $5 charge for spectators.
