Cherokee Bluff Early Bird Invitational
Cherokee Bluff High School
February 26, 2022
Teams: Cherokee Bluff, Chestatee, West Hall
Entries: 4 Entries per team per individual running event; 4 entries per field event; 3 relay teams per team, but only 2 4x800 relays; Entries are due on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 by 6:00 PM
Relays: DO NOT USE CHALK FOR YOUR RELAYS!
Field Events: All field events will have 3 attempts.
Gate Admission: $5 for all spectators; Athletes & Coaches are free
Awards: Top 3 in each event and relay will receive ribbons. There will be no team trophies. Coaches may pick up their team's ribbons at the end of the meet at the timing tent.
Infield/Warmups: Reserved for competing athletes and coaches only. No parents or other spectators are allowed on the infield. Failure to comply with this rule will result in removal from the stadium & potential disqualification for the associated team. Coaches, please help us enforce this!
Parking: Busses should drop off at the stadium & then park in front of the school. Spectators can park in any available spaces on campus. Cars should not park on the road next to the discus cage!
Coaches Hospitality: Breakfast & lunch will be provided for the coaches in the hospitality room.
Timing: All events are FAT.

Meet Entry Fee: $125 for both teams (boys and girls), you may bring check to meet; Make checks payable to: Cherokee Bluff XC/TF Booster Club

9:00-10:00 AM: Field Events Session I: Girls Pole Vault, Girls Discus, Girls Long Jump, Boys Shot, Boys High Jump, Boys Triple Jump
- 9:15 AM: 4x800 Meter Relay (girls and boys together)
10:00-11:00 AM: Field Events Session II: Boys Pole Vault, Boys Discus, Boys Long Jump, Girls Shot, Girls High Jump, Girls Triple Jump
11:00-11:30 AM: BREAK
- Track will be open for warm ups from 11:15-11:30 AM. Track will close for warm ups at 11:30 AM
11:45 AM: Running Events (Timed Schedule, we will not run ahead of schedule) (Girls 1st, Boys 2nd; We will announce-First Call, 2nd Call, 3rd/Final Call):
- 11:45 a.m.- Girls 100 Hurdles
- 11:55 a.m.- Boys 110 Hurdles

- 12:25 p.m.- Girls 4x200 Meter Relay
