This meet is open to Forsyth County Middle School XC teams only.
$50 entry fee per middle school (includes both girls and boys teams)
Entries close at 3pm Tuesday (9/28).

Race schedule: (this may change depending on how many teams/athletes enter)
Girls Varsity Race 6:00pm (top 12 runners, must be able to finish 2 miles under 20 mins)
Boys Varsity Race 6:20pm (top 12 runners, must be able to finish 2 miles under 20 mins)
Girls JV Race 6:40pm
Boys JV Race 7:10pm
Awards: Medals to the top 10 boys and girls in each race.
Restrooms will be available at the Gym entrance.
Meet Expectations : Coaches, please do everything you can to help us keep you, your athletes and their families safe by following the meet expectations.
We ask that Masks be worn by all spectators when social distancing is not possible, and by all athletes who are not actively running if social distancing is not possible.
All team tents will be spaced out on our practice field. Only athletes, coaches, and 1 or 2 team parents are permitted on the practice field. All spectators should stay outside the fence, and off of the field.
We will not be using cups with water, and instead will have small water bottles at the finish line. We also ask all teams to bring your own water for your athletes. We will ONLY have small water bottles at the finish line. Please tell your athletes to take one bottle of water at the finish, then they can head to their team tent area for more water.
Before each race starts, we want to avoid large gatherings, so we will call runners to the start line, and then quickly begin the race.
We are implementing all of these precautions to ensure the safety of you and your athletes, and thank you for your cooperation.
